Fork Cancer: LI Chefs To Host Ticketed Fundraiser In Farmingdale

FARMINGDALE, NY — Some of the finest chefs on Long Island are set to converge in Farmingdale to do their part in sticking a fork in cancer. Fork Cancer is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. April 11 at 317 Main Street, a restaurant in Farmingdale helmed by restaurateur Joe Fortuna and head chef Eric LeVine.

Gov. Hochul to drop indoor mask mandate

Gov. Kathy Hochul is under pressure as there are growing calls for her to lift the statewide mask mandate.
This comes after New Jersey and Connecticut announced that their mask mandate will end in the coming weeks.
The mask mandate will expire for businesses in New York on Thursday. Gov. Hochul says she will announce if she will extend that mandate to wear masks in businesses on Wednesday.
